Pulmozyme

I've been doing pulmozyme twice a day for about 10 years. I can definitely tell a difference if I miss a dose.

I've done it twice a day for about a year and also can tell the difference if I only do it once. Feel much more energy.

I've been doing it twice a day for about a year. The study my doctor referred to showed that patients w/ FEV1 >75% benefit (like sakasuka said), so that's why I'm on it, and it's worked great!

i was on pulmozyme twice a day for several months and noticed no difference; i have since stopped recently.

like several people said, i have read that people with very good lung function may benefit more from pulmozyme twice a day.

My dd is only on it one time a day but I was wondering, since some of you take it twice a day, that means it is taken at night too..so would it hurt anything if her one time a day was nightly instead of in the morning?

Debbie, I have always done my Pulmozyme at night. I only take it once a day, like I said, but it's always been a nighttime neb for me. I am NOT a morning person, so if it's only a "once a day" thing, I do it at night. My doc knows, and has never told me to change it.

Thanks Emily, I always do Chey's once a day things at night too, but not her pulmozyme and I would like to...not only for the ease of remembering it but we have more time at night...it is hard enough to get everyone around and ready for school with doing that too..lol..
