A few days ago talked to a CF doctor who predicted this to a T: said one would probably be found (a more typical one) and the other wont... think he said because I'm a milder variety. So, clear lung xray, excellent breathing test, but a history of mysterious episodes - easily overheating and heart palpatations while exerting, passing out in gym class, constant thirst, diabetic-like shakes/weakness, lots of colds and lung infections growing up, burning lungs during exercise. 25 years of knowing something was really wrong and doctors shrugging their shoulders. Finally age 36 they find missing vas def so they finally suspect CF. Wow.
