Shannon,

That one was pretty good too. As soon as I saw the toddler in the background, I thought that this is going to be amuzing. I saw it coming. Good video!

jennifer,

i do yoga once a week. in my opinion, going to a class is a hundred times better than a video. not only are you likely to need some correction to make sure you're getting the full benefit, but it there is also something to doing it with other people. i would check into it if i were you. i go to my local YMCA. save the video for when you have a little more experience.

yoga has MANY benefits to health. the best things i like yoga as a cfer is the side stretching (i think this helps me to breath better and is just plain good for the lungs), the shoulder/back tension releasing and the upside-down stuff is probably good for us, too.

aside from cf, my favorite thing about yoga is the muscle toning. it makes me feel strong! and flexibility is good, too.

Laura,

Thank you for the advice. I wish my local YMCA had yoga, but they don't. There are no local studios either. The gym has it, but it costs an arm and a leg, and it's not too great according to member that have gone to it in the past. There isn't really anything in this crappy, small town that I live in. It isn't even on most maps. LOL!

See my husband and I only have one car. He works 10-8 most days, so I NEVER have the car. If things are within walking distance, I'm screwed. That's the problem. That's why I was thinking video first. Then take it from there. The only day I really have access to the car is on Fridays, when he's off. He's also off on Sundays but whats really open? More so here is Schuylkill Haven, the speck on the map. The local YMCA has craft-related things but that's it. And that was only started last month, March.

Thank you, though, so much for the advice!!! I appreciate it!!!
