This sounds very encouraging! I am a DDF508 and would love to participate. I'll have to call my docs and see if they know where I can sign up. It sounds like you only need to have one DF508 to qualify. Let's keep our fingers crossed and our prayers lifted...

Renee I couldn't agree with you more.

I've talked about trials such as denufosol that I'm involved in and threads were deleted.

I feel the same way you do. The policy seems a bit inconsistent.

Instead of having to PM you, Jeanne, could you post your policy in the FAQ section or in a blog or something so it's available for all to see? It would seem to be best for all of us to be on the same page.

Because right now, it seems as though the policy has changed without notice.

Very exciting...while there have been many drugs that fail to make it to patients, I don't believe any were potentiators/correctors of the CFTR protein....this is encouraging and will hopefully open up a new line of promising drugs.

Regarding deleted threads and clinical trials...I've only had threads deleted that include clinical testing information (i.e., how to participate, trial contact info).
