Ideas and Suggestions for Partnering on a CF App

Hi guys,
I've recently developed an app for Cystic Fibrosis and am now looking to expand the app even more. Considering that, I'd really like to collaborate with an organization and/or foundation that could help the app grow and reach its full potential.
I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions or ideas on who I could reach out to or how to go about that. Has anyone had a good experience with a particular foundation or organization in the CF community?

Also, yes I've already spoken with the CF foundation and they just suggested I try to apply for one of their grants through their online system but of course none of the grants options were directed toward this type of resource.

I don't know of any organizations off the top of my head but you could contact Jeanne Barnett (founder of this site) and Chris Baldwin (CEO of the site) as they both do a lot with healthcare and technology and may have some recommendations of who to contact or speak with about partnering with you on your app. Good luck!
