What do you guys use your EFlow for besides hypertonic? I used an EFlow on a drug study, and loved it, but my doc has never mentioned me using one for anything else.

i use my eflow for pulmozyme although this is debated whether or not you should b/c of dosing concerns and getting too much through the eflow. my doc thinks it's fine so i do it. i also do my tobra in the eflow. if you're going to do that though you can't use TOBI. you have to get the compounded version of tobramycin that is specially formulated for the eflow.

I have the European version of the Pari Eflow Rapid.
I have heard that this one is different from the American one?

Anyway. Pre transplant I nebbed Pulmozyme, Hypertonic Saline and Colimycine with my Eflow.

Post tx I'm nebbing Combivent with my Eflow.
