This same thing happened to me many many years ago ( i think i was like 20 at the time). There wasnt any symptoms of an infection and my gyn at the time suggested i try a vinegar and water douche. She said not to use the scented ones just the plain ol'vinegar and water one and voila' it did the trick. But it is best to either see your gyn or at least call for advice just in case.

Get it checked out...a drop or 2 of tea tree essential oil in some distilled water is helpful to many. Tea tree is antifungal and antimicrobal so it can often help with either condition. Taking a probiotic daily is tremendous help - I currently take Primal Defense.
