when i do my vest with no neb at all, i usually end up feeling more tight and worse than when i started because everything starts moving around in there but i have a really hard time getting anything up when i cough.
if the HTS is too much, definitely just try regular sterile saline to loosen things up some.

I will do the vest....get the intitial junk up then do my nebs & vest again to get more junk up.
This is really the exception & usually if I am like this I am on my way to a hospital admit.......
