ADEK Vitamins

They are suppose to be specially formulated for CFers. The right amounts of vit. k and all of the fat soluble vitamins we have a hard time getting. Be careful though. I think they are in the process of re-formulating them due to something called Niacin flush. There are still some of the old bottles with old formula floating around out there. My doctor just gave me some the other day. I had a reaction to them as did many on this forum. You turn "hot red" and flush for about 15-20 minutes after taking. I am not sure the new formula is out yet.

If I remember right, the normally fat soluble vitamins (A,D,E and K) are water soluble in the cf specific vitamins, and in higher doses. Here's a informational link to the vitamins I use:

I like the kid's chewable ones from this company too, lol.

You can order these directly from the company website. I hope that helps.

Hmmm.. I'm already taking something called ICaps MV (for my painful dry eye that came out of nowhere 2 years ago) which appears to have higher doses of many of the vitamins (not K) than SourceCF. I assumed CF multivitamins would be really high mega doses.
