Ditto on what Alyssa said. I used to just put mine in the fridge in a cup and use it for my morning and evening dose and if i was feeling really ambitious i would use it in the middle of the day as well, but yeah, use it withing 24 hours. You could ask the pharmacy if they have any big medicine...
