I do and it doesn't run in my family. It is over 200 no matter what I do and always has been. Normal, if I eat no fast food, butter, egg yolks or fried foods and exercise is about 225. With bad food/less exercise it goes up to 275-285 range. I have no idea why this is but I do know that someone else my age with my CF mutations has a mildly fatty liver. I read that a fatty liver can cause elevated cholesterol. I have not addressed this with my CF doc yet. I am pancreatic sufficient so I wouldn't have the low cholesterol usually associated with CF.
