Hey everyone,

Check this out! This was the first time I ever saw on TV about CF'ers and pregnancy.

Yes I did see that a while back. I think a few people on this site know Ann also. Melissa?? It was a good piece b/c it shows that though our treatment is progressing alot, its still dangerous and needs the publics attention. I thought it was balanced.
It also shows that no, not everyone with cf should go out and have a baby, but there are some that are doing it just fine.

I also thought this was interesting-in the revised edition of What to Expect when You're Expecting-(the well known pregnancy book), there is an entire section on moms with Cf and their special needs. Pretty cool.

Yes that is a good piece.

Ann lives close to me and we have met. She talked to me before she got pregnant, becuase she knew my sister had 4 babies with no problem and wanted some first hand info.

Ann and baby and husband are doing great.
