Carli takes Prevacid every morning...and i notice that if she forgets to take it she is gassier......we also add extra enzymes to things with high fat content or that are greasy.....(ie pizza...ice cream...her favorite white chocolate mocha iced from starbucks....lol...)She may just need to be...

Well this will probably sound lame next to all those other GREAT ideas...........last year we took black t-shirst and we got spray fabric paint......and we used duct tape to make our team name on the front and then we stenciled our names on the back with sponge..... We then took glitter paint...
